Executive Summary

Invify CRM emerges as a pivotal Software as a Service (SaaS) application designed to address the multifaceted challenges inherent in grocery stock and delivery management. The grocery retail sector operates with notoriously thin margins and faces constant pressures from fluctuating demand, perishable goods, complex supply chains, and demanding customer expectations. This report delves into Invify CRM's strategic value proposition, analyzing its features through the lens of user experience (UX) to understand how it can alleviate critical pain points for key stakeholders: the Grocery Store Manager, the Inventory Manager, and the Delivery Coordinator.

The analysis reveals that Invify's cloud-based nature offers unparalleled accessibility and real-time data capabilities, essential for dynamic retail environments. Its integrated approach, combining customer relationship management with robust inventory and delivery functionalities, positions it as a strategic platform rather than a mere operational tool. Key observations highlight the imperative for Invify's UX to not only optimize efficiency but also proactively manage risks associated with perishable goods and uphold high customer experience standards in delivery. Recommendations focus on leveraging AI-driven predictive analytics, enhancing real-time communication tools, and designing intuitive dashboards that provide both granular operational detail and strategic oversight. By prioritizing these UX enhancements, Invify CRM can significantly improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, boost customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive profitability for grocery businesses in a highly competitive market.

Project Overview

Coinsis is a cross-platform crypto wallet designed for beginners and experienced traders. It provides social/email login (Google, Facebook, or email/password) and lets users connect multiple crypto wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase, Trust Wallet, etc.). Users can add payment methods (cards, PayPal, Payoneer) to buy, swap, send, and receive cryptocurrencies via blockchain. Additional features include profile settings, FAQs, and notifications. This case study follows a design thinking process—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test—to create a user-centric portfolio piece that solves real user problems.

Research Goals & Methodology

The primary goal of this research was to understand how users interact with their current CRM solutions and to identify opportunities for a more efficient, user-centric design.

  • User Interviews: We conducted one-on-one interviews with a diverse group of users, including grocery store managers, inventory managers, and delivery coordinators. The interviews focused on their daily tasks, workflows, and frustrations with existing systems.

  • Contextual Inquiry: Researchers spent time observing users in their natural work environments (e.g., in a grocery store, in a stockroom, or in a dispatch office) to see firsthand how they managed their tasks and what tools they used.

  • Survey Analysis: A broad survey was distributed to a larger pool of potential users to gather quantitative data on common pain points, feature priorities, and overall satisfaction with their current tools.

  • Competitive Analysis: We analyzed the features, user interfaces, and user flows of competing CRM platforms to identify industry best practices and potential gaps in the market.

Key Research Findings

The research yielded a number of critical insights into the challenges and opportunities for a new CRM system.

  • Operational Disconnect

  • Inefficient Task Management

  • High Costs of Inaccuracy

  • Poor Mobile Experience
